Not only is it very simple to learn and understand, but it's also addicting and enjoyable. I find myself spending hours progressing through different stages in the game. While Diner Dash may seem simple, it's very easy to get sucked into the game. The game puts you in the role of a restaurant owner named Flo, whose main goal is to provide the best service to her customers.
It's your job to make sure you are managing time well within the game and keeping on top of things within the restaurant, which can be tricky at times. There are two main modes in Diner Dash: Flo's career, which is a traditional story-based campaign mode that you would see in most games. The other mode is called "Endless Shift," which is a survival-based game that has you playing until you lose.
Endless Shift mode can get very hectic and overwhelming at times. If you are up for a challenge, I would recommend playing that game mode, but if you are looking for an enjoyable, laid back style of the game, the story mode is for you.
